COMO Cafe WTC (Golf Central Palm hills)

COMO Cafe branding and Packaging (unlaunched brand)

COMO is an Italian coffee house that is part of What the Crust Pizzeria. It’s a space for the chic, hip and old-money style cafe. For this café I’ve developed the concept, packaging, illustrative icons, color-pallete, and overall feel of the brand. Working closely with the client who ‘just’ had the logo to start the brand. I was able to build this ‘baby brand’ to an established full brand identity. Working on it has opened my eyes to the many possibilities we can add detail and richness to the brand story. My attention to detail was my selling point with this client; they loved all the illustrations I did for all 45 drinks on their menu. Each drink was treated as a work of art and appreciated for its craftsmanship and garnish. Then I dabbled in the Italian side of the Cafe and decided to add a unique Sicilian/roman tile print to highlight the authenticity of the italian cafeteria. This tile element was used throughout the cups, boxes, bags, napkins and full restaurant packaging. This is an under-construction project that is still ongoing and has many layers to be added to. However, I thought I’d share with you the progress so far.
